At Buittle, we want to make sure that as many people as wish can access our historic property, and learn about all that the site has to offer. Although we are not a full time tourist attraction, we do open the site to Day Visitors Sunday through Tuesday, between 1 p.m. and sundown during most weeks of the year. On Sunday's we also offer our Tour and Afternoon Tea, detailed below. As a courtesy, and to ensure that someone is able to meet you for your visit, we ask that day visitors let us know when they plan to visit, using the convenient form below. We would also encourage you to partake of our roughly 40 minute long Audio Tour, which will take you round the grounds, as well as through the Chapel and Great Hall. In any event, we would ask that day visitors leave a donation, either with one of the property residents, or in the honesty box in the parking area. The suggested donation is £5, but you may feel free to leave whatever you wish.
