The Barony of Buittle was established in 1325 by King Robert of Scots. Today, the Barony maintains its historic link to Buittle Castle, and is held by a descendant of the Barons who held the dignity, along with the Castle itself, for hundreds of years. We invite you to browse the pages below, or visit the Barony's website to learn more.
