Our Annual Christmas Market

Every year the Castle plays host to a magnificent Christmas Market

with food and drink, music, and wonderful crafters and makers to

fill your hampers and stockings. This year's will be on the 23rd of

November, 2024. Entry is always free, and we would love to see you

there.

Weddings & Receptions

Buittle Castle and its grounds are an excellent venue for weddings of up to 200 guests. Speak to us today to explore the options in having your wedding and/or reception at our historic castle, twice the capital of Scotland, and the seat of the pious and happily married Lady Devorguilla of Galloway, whose devotion was so great that she carried her husband's heart all her life.
